This is an in-person guided workshop event run by CodeWarriors in NSW, Australia.

The CodeWarriors STEM Game Jam Series invites students to design and build original video games during the Winter school holidays.

These guided two-day game jams are designed for students in Years 4–11 who are interested in coding, game development, art, design, or problem-solving.

Students work in small teams with experienced mentors who guide them through the core stages of game development:

  • brainstorming ideas
  • planning gameplay
  • building prototypes
  • testing and improving games

The focus is on collaboration, creativity, and learning how real game developers turn ideas into playable experiences.

The jam is also designed to help students prepare projects for the Australian STEM Video Game Challenge.
