Boxart by the UnproPro

The Challenge ->

The game jam runs over three days and the challenge is to make a game per day in RPG Maker 2000 (RPG Maker 2003 also allowed) and submit it to the jam.

Rules ->

-> Only games made in RPG Maker 2000 and RPG Maker 2003 will be accepted for the jam.

-> Maximum submissions per submitter/team is 3.

->Games made before the jam and not for the jam will be disqualified.

-> NO AI.

-> NO NSFW.

You can ->

-> Submit a game per day for a total of 3, 2 games or just 1 game (basically whatever time allows) but the maximum submissions for a submitter/team is 3.

-> Submit unfinished games, demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts or indeed complete games. I am eagerly anticipating what you manage to cook up!

-> Make any genre or flavor of game you like - there is no theme, just the challenge!

-> Use any custom assets you have permissions and licenses for. Due to harsh time constraints I am expecting a lot of RTP entries, but if you manage to turn something around with custom stuff then more power to you. Assets CAN be created before the jam!

Ranking criteria ->

Since I am expecting a lot of RTP games then I feel I should omit ranking categories like 'Visuals' and 'Audio' since a lot of the assets are shared. Instead, I have decided that the following be voted on by submitters:

Fun - How enjoyable and exciting is the game? Is it a fun experience?

Intrigue - How interesting and immersive is the game? Does it add something new and intriguing?

Execution - How well are the concepts put together? Does the game have a nice polish and feel to it overall?
